15 minutes | $10 + $15 travel fee (if more than a 2 mile radius from location)
20 minutes | $25 + $15 travel fee (if more than a 2 mile radius from location)
30 minutes | $40 + $15 travel fee (if more than a 2 mile Radius from location)
60 minutes | $50 + $15 travel fee (if more than a 2 mile radius from location)
